Dental insurance is different from medical insurance. Please review your insurance benefits booklet to better understand what benefits are available as part of your insurance coverage. The patient payment portion covered for procedures varies depending on the coverage provided by your policy.
We accept payment from your PPO insurance plan towards treatment. Please contact our office to verify that your plan pays out of network benefits. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you, as long as you are able to select your own dentist. An estimate of the amount covered by your insurance company will be provided at the time of your treatment, based on the information they provide to us. Please let us know if you have questions about our insurance policies before your treatment.
Payment is expected at the time services are performed. For your convenience, we accept payments made with cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer financing through CareCredit®. Give us a call to learn more about your financial options for treatment.
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
